The Rogue Network are a three piece Blues band based partly in North Wales and South Manchester.
Taking huge influences from the 1970's Blues and Soul scene, the band add their own style with heavy guitar riffs and analogue synths adding a twist to their genre and a feel for the dimensions of the sound. "The band has been described as “a blast of contemporary blues, full of carefully crafted songs pumped up by big riffs and driving grooves”.
In a generation of bands sounding the same and following each other, The Rogue Network try to find their own sound and style, creating something unique and special to the scene by combining a soulful blues sound with their electronica which adds an almost modern sound to them.
Since their first gig as a band in March 2015, The Rogue Netowork have recorded their debut EP and had many accomplishments. From receiving high valued reviews, being an XFM song writing competition finalist, played live on BBC Radio Manchester, achieved airtime on various UK& International radio stations and played over 14 gigs so far.
The bands current line up consists off:
Gerallt Williams (vocals/guitar)
Danny Hughes (drums)
Jameson Bell (bass)
What RattleMag think: "The Rogue Network are a band that hugely impressed me upon first listening. They have a groovy blues sound that will just make you want to dance and drink all night. They dont follow other bands, instead they add a twist to their style by adding a modern feel to a 1970's inspired band. Well constructed riffage, groovy bass, melodic drums and prestige lyric writing. A talented bunch of Welsh and Manchester lads."
RattleRating: 10/10.
