With summer quickly approaching, it only means one thing, festival season is arriving! We have came up with a top 10 list of acts you MUST see at Reading and Leeds this year!

1) Red Hot Chili Peppers - with tracks like Californication and Can't Stop, the Chili's are sure to get everyone into the festival spirit, famously singing about California.

2) Rat Boy - having played Reading and Leeds before he hit the fame, the summer festival is becoming a second home for newly formed Rat Boy. If you've seen him live before, you know each show is sure to go off.

3) Foals - it was hugely debated between the festival goers weather Foals were ready to headline, even on a co-headline slot. But after their recent UK arena tour, we think they showed us what they're made off.

4) Slaves - I don't think I need to say much about this punk duo, their live shows speak for them selves.

5) Five Finger Death Punch - having usually played festivals such as Download Festival, a metal band like these are sure to get a Reading and Leeds crowd moving.

6) Twenty One Pilots - there seems to always be a Twenty One Pilots track for everyone to listen to, although people are still unsure on their genre...

7) Sundara Karma - having only recently stepped in the spot light of the indie scene, Sundara Karma are making their statement now. You don't want to miss these.

8) The Wombats - Dance To Joy Division with scouse indie rock band Te Wombats. Yep, they're back for their 2nd year in a row after headlining the Festival Republic stage last year.

9) Crossfaith - if you're looking to get sweaty over the weekend, you may want to catch Crossfaith where ever they play, their metal / dubstep sound is sure to get you moving.

10) Parkway Dive - a band that is sure to have another sweat fueled set. Metalcore fans, get your rock on!
